- Drive marketing programs to achieve planned volume, revenue, and margin growth.
- Provide guidance to distributors on lubricant business in close coordination with other line of business and stakeholders to accomplish distribution coverage objectives.
- Establish critical link between Petron and distributors for supply chain related matters including ordering, delivery, and standard offer and demand planning.
- Develop and support the distributor network, focusing on the growth of premium and high margin products.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Willing to travel and to be based throughout Malaysia with own transportation.
- Possesses 3 to 5 years’ experience in sales role.
- Exposure in automotive, machinery or gas technology background will be an added advantage.
- Good interpersonal and people management skills for both lateral and upward interfaces in the company.
