Your impact Our Data Center team would like to hire an Architectural Associate to be part of this growing team. This position provides support and assistance to Lead Architects/QP in the design, tender preparation, documentation, and coordination of project deliverables across Data Center and Built Environment projects. It interacts regularly with inter/intra-departments, clients, multi-disciplinary consultants, etc. May have the opportunity to work at site. Working with Lead Architects/Architect QPs in the coordination of internal and external meetings, setting up appointments/meeting invitations etc. Prepares notes, minutes of meetings and coordinates with internal project teams (local & overseas) and external project teams (clients, multi-disciplinary consultants/sub-consultants, suppliers, etc). Manages and keeps records of incoming & outgoing project correspondences. Ensures timely distribution of information / submissions / comments on project documents received from clients and external parties to respective project teams. Prepare drawings (CAD, BIM etc.), project reports, presentation materials, printings of drawings/documents/reports for issuance. Preparation and submission of technical drawings for authorities, clients, consultants/sub-consultants. Maintains records of drawings, project reports, technical documents, correspondences, and issuance of deliverables and documentation following project requirements. Preparation and issuance of responses for queries, RFI, RFA, submission of materials' board from internal (project teams) to external parties (clients, multi-disciplinary consultants, etc.) Maintains projects' documentation and file management system, working closely and independently with Lead Architect(s)/QPs including the administering and upkeeping of projects' internal and external Electronic Document & File Management Systems. Ensures all documents submitted to clients/external parties are following the project's procedures. Working with the Lead Architect/Project Manager in regular internal and external reporting (for clients), internal and external quality audits, etc. Here&aposs what you&aposll need To be a successful candidate, you shall possess Degree in Architecture or equivalent recognized by the Board of Architects Minimum 3 years of experience as an Architect/Architectural Associate. Experience in Data Center projects would be an added advantage Knowledge of building codes and regulatory standards. Skills in drafting/modelling AutoCAD, BIM (Revit, Bentley etc.) Proficiency in Bentley Aecosim or Openbuilding Designer would be a plus. Presentation skills SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop. 3D rendering skills in Sketchup, Enscape would be an added advantage.
