Learn more about us: https://www.brightsymphony.com *WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON:* 1. Ensure compliance with local occupational safety and health (OSH) laws and regulations (OSHA, DOSH). 2. Prepare and maintain Safety and Health Reports, Risk Assessments (RA), Job Hazard Analyses (JHA), and Permit-to-Work (PTW) documentation. 3. Conduct site specific hazard identification for activities like working at height, electrical maintenance scaffolding and machinery activities. 4. Implement appropriate control measure, such as PPE requirement (harnesses, respirators, safety ropes) 5. Monitor correct usage of safety equipment (harnesses, respirators, safety, ropes). 6. Conduct daily toolbox meetings to brief workers on potential hazards and safe practices. 7. Perform routine site inspection to ensure compliance with safety protocols. 8. Stop unsafe work activities immediately and report to higher management. 9. Safe work procedures. 10. Handle emergency cases (fire, chemical exposure) 11. Proper handling of tools, and machinery. 12. Liaise with site engineers, project manager and subcontractors. 13. Liaise with regulatory authorities during audits or inspections. 14. Ensure safety signage, emergency response plane and evacuation routes are in place and communicated. 15. Investigate accidents and near-misses and prepare incident reports. 16. Identify root causes and recommend corrective/preventive measures 17. Keep records of incidents and follow-up actions *REQUIREMENTS:* 1. At least 2-3 years of experience in related field. 2.
