- Strong commercial awareness with insights into market, consumer, and retail trends, and the ability to provide accurate recommendations to the business.

- Proven ability to set up and optimize paid campaigns on platforms like Meta, Google, and TikTok.
- Proficient in Meta Ads Manager (Facebook Business Suite), Canva, CapCut, etc.
- Solid understanding of key digital marketing metrics (CPL, ROI, CTR, A/B Testing, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from tools such as Facebook Ads and Google Ads to inform decisions.
- Language proficiency in Mandarin and English (written and spoken).
- Proven track record of successful ad campaigns (e.g., increased leads, reduced CPL).
- Experience in marketing within the education industry.
- Experience managing full marketing campaigns from planning to execution.
- Familiarity with AI content tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Deepseek) is a plus.
- Knowledge of emerging platforms like Xiaohongshu (XHS) and TikTok is an advantage.
- Basic skills in video editing and graphic design are a plus.
- Plan, execute, and manage paid media campaigns across social media platforms.
- Monitor, measure, report, and analyze campaign performance data to derive actionable insights and optimize advertising spend.
- Create and present comprehensive reports on campaign performance, including key metrics and recommendations for improvement.
- Monitor and manage campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize results.
- Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies to improve overall campaign performance.
- Work closely with creative and content marketing teams to develop digital strategies and content aligned with broader campaign goals and business objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging platforms to inform campaign strategies.
- Support and contribute to the digital demand generation strategy by developing and executing inbound and outbound tactics (email campaigns, landing pages, forms, CTAs, workflows).
- Plan and create short-form content (videos, reels, visuals, captions) for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Xiaohongshu.
- Draft compelling captions, ad copy, and headlines aligned with brand voice and campaign goals.
- Collaborate with design/video teams to produce visually consistent brand content.
- Research trends, hooks, and formats to enhance content performance.
- Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and storytelling across platforms.
