They have several projects across Northern region and are seeking 2 suitable candidates to work to based at Georgetown.about the job ...This role is primarily be tasked with post contract duties.
- Handling post contract management scope of work.
- Handling variation orders.
- Responsible for controlling and verification of site material requisitions.
- Responsible for managing progress claims and certifications with consultants and subcontractors.
- Liaise with relevant parties and authorities in relation to project matters.
You will be reporting to the Contract Manager and working along with a few Senior Quantity Surveyors.skills and experience required
- Diploma/ Degree in Quantity Surveying or relevant.
- Preferable with minimum 1 year of experience.
- Able to work for 6days, based site.
