Job Responsibilities To assist the purchaser for key collection and joint inspection of unit. To communicate with the site's contractors on handling defects in the unit. To ensure all defects rectification work is completed within the stipulated time frame. To handover the keys to the purchaser upon rectification of defects in the unit. To provide excellent customer service by assisting purchasers and liaison with the relevant parties to enhance service performance. To attend to residents' complaints and queries and provide assistance when needed. To ensure that all related documents are recorded properly and kept up to date. Requirement Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree/Professional Certificate in a related field. Prior working experience in Customer Service (Property) is not a must but would be an added advantage. Excellent verbal and written English, Mandarin and Bahasa Melayu. A well-mannered individual that can deal with purchasers and contractors politely and respectfully. Excellent customer service skills to maintain high customer satisfaction. Proactive individual that can work efficiently to meet tight deadlines.
