- Involve in MEP Services eg. ACMV, Fire Protection, Plumbing, Electrical, ELV and etc.
- Liaison with Client & Consultant team to produce the MEP designs from conceptual to detailed design.
- Preparation of tender documents, tender evaluations and involved in all Pre-Contract activities.
- Managing Post-Contract tasks till project CPC & CCC.
- To coordinate with office resources and supervise designers/drafters to produce design drawings, documents and other deliverables.
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Consulting firm background with MEP services design knowledge would be advantageous.
- Have good project management and communication skills.
- Able to work under stress and possess good attitude.
- Candidate shall be a team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Motorcycle / Car parking rental fees are covered.
- Medical claims are covered.
- OT allowed when needed.
