Admin Executive (Leasing)

• Support Head of Leasing in planning and implementing the tenancy mix for company's Service Apartment project.
• To bring customers for viewing of company's Service Apartment projects
• Handle leasing enquiries and give recommendation of suitable space to prospects.
• Prepared and submit weekly and monthly report to the management.
• Monitor and collect monthly rental payments from clients.
• Handling signing of tenancy agreement and related documents.
• Coordinating with Main-Con and Sub-Con on the defect's issues.
• Analyse quotation given by contractor and preparing purchase order (PO).
• Handling initial tasks related to handing over and coordination of vacant procession process.
• Establish and maintaining good relationship with tenants.
• Attend to all sales enquiries, soft launches / new project launches.
• Liaise with agency / agent on selling or leasing of company project.
• Managing the company's social media accounts.
• Conduct marketing, advertising, and promotional activities for company's project.
• Liaise with advertising agencies to develop appropriate marketing concept for company project.

• Degree / Diploma holder Estate / Building
• 1-3 years' experience in Residence / Mall Building
• Good communication skills.
