Responsible for electrical characterization of Power MOSFET products, including lab bench testing, data analysis, and reporting to cross-functional teams. Manages test setup and equipment, develops automated test systems using tools like VBA, LabVIEW, or Python, and ensures systematic documentation of processes. Acts as process owner within the Product Development/Transfer team, contributing to validation concepts and lab operations. Requires strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with semiconductor testing, and proficiency in electronic circuit interpretation and statistical analysis. Job Description In your new role you will: Perform electrical lab bench characterization of Power MOSFET products, feedback characterization results and electrical data analysis reports to Development, Project and/or Application team. Setup lab bench characterization equipment to ensure smooth running of lab characterization activities. Development of new electrical test setups for product characterization including automation tools (hardware & software development) and systematic documentation (e.g. handbooks, guidelines,etc.). Owner of the characterization process for product(s) under his/her responsibility, with significant role in the Product Development/Transfer team. Develop products' electrical characteristics validation concept, performing product electrical characterization & characterization lab management. Your Profile You are best equipped for this task if you have: Masters/Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics /Microelectronics / Mechatronics / Semiconductor Technology / Applied Physics) 1 to 3 years' experience in Semiconductor Component Verification/Validation and/or Device Testing. Experience in lab bench measurement equipment (oscilloscope,multimeter, function generator, source meter). Sound knowledge in schematic/electronic circuitry interpretation. Experience in VBA, LabVIEW or Python (hardware/equipment programming). Statistical data analysis. Analytical and problem solving skills.
