MohonKelayakanJob SummaryResponsible for ensuring the implementation and maintenance of the Company's Sustainable QHSSE policies, especially in the continual improvement process. Responsible for ensuring that an organization adheres to legal & regulatory requirements and providing assistance to end-users within an organization, ensuring that computer systems, software, and hardware function smoothly.

Knowledge in ISO9001:2015 QMS, ISO 14001:2015 EMS & ISO45001:2018 OHSM is an added advantage.
Knowledge in configuration, troubleshooting, and administration of Windows operating systems (both desktop and server versions).
Ability to communicate effectively Independent
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Tanggungjawab

To plan, supervise, deliver, and deploy the entire IT request related to office support operations, with occasional support when the situation is deemed necessary.
Able to respond and resolve IT-related issues in a timely manner.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
Collaborate with appointed external IT teams to resolve complex technical problems.
Identifies opportunities for improvement to the function and its IT performance.
Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure and ensure optimal performance.
Compliance monitoring and analysis, such as external and internal non-conformance.
Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
