MohonKelayakanPosition OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to oversee and manage the financial operations of our F&B business. The Accounting Manager will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, effective cost control, compliance with regulatory standards, and providing insights to support business decisions. This role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of the F&B industry's financial dynamics (e.g., high transaction volume, inventory management, cost of goods sold, outlet P&L).Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, MIA) preferred.
Minimum 5-7 years of accounting experience, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role.
Prior experience in F&B, hospitality, or retail industry is highly advantageous.
Strong knowledge of Malaysian tax regulations, SST, and statutory compliance.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, SAP, Oracle, Xero).
Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

TanggungjawabKey ResponsibilitiesFinancial Management & Reporting

Oversee daily accounting operations including AR, AP, GL, payroll, and bank reconciliation.
Prepare timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Monitor outlet-level profit & loss (P&L), ensuring accuracy in sales, expenses, and margins.
Consolidate accounts across multiple outlets / entities.
Ensure compliance with local tax regulations (SST, withholding tax, income tax, etc.).

Budgeting & Forecasting

Prepare annual budgets and rolling forecasts.
Monitor actual performance against budget, highlighting variances and recommending corrective action.
Provide financial analysis to support new outlet openings, menu pricing, and promotional campaigns.

Cost Control & Inventory

Work closely with Operations and Procurement to monitor food & beverage cost percentages.
Implement and review internal controls for cash handling, stock usage, wastage, and pilferage.
Ensure proper inventory valuation and periodic stock-taking at outlets and central kitchen.

Team Leadership & Development

Lead and supervise the accounting team (executives, officers, clerks).
Provide training, mentoring, and performance evaluation.
Foster a culture of accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement.

Audit & Compliance

Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and bankers.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards (MFRS) and statutory requirements.
Maintain proper documentation, approvals, and internal control procedures.
