Description: Ensure full compliance of authority/Company's guideline on both payment to insurers/bankers, Bank statement, insurance Submission & Commission Recovery Check and ensure all pending invoice of respective branches are updated and policy are printed Prepare Insurance Commission incentive and ensure it is accurately paid/auto credited with deadline for the staff from Insurance subsidaries Prepare Recommendation Sum Insured for system upload and ensure accuracy in both ISM's request data/respond data, minimize unmatched data, obtained ISM valuation capturing for branches/HQ reference & Insurers' renewal notices Verification of Insurers' a/c statement & closely monitored & follow up of outstanding account clearance Closely monitor & resolve nationwide/respective branches' rejected/refer risks/waiting statistic issued e-motor cover/ISM NCD confirmation Assist in THROPHY system enhancement and development for process, policy or procedural change Report preparation to support business needs on daily and monthly basis MYEG credit balance checking and ensure sufficient fund in the account Prepare CN/DN for subsi payment discrepancies, refund request for customer over payment Requirement: Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in insurance operations, finance, or accounting. Fresh graduates with strong internship experience may be considered. Good understanding of insurance processes (submission, commission, premium recovery). Familiarity with financial reconciliation, credit/debit notes, and insurer account verification. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools. High attention to detail and accuracy. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
