Strategic Leadership Define and execute the overall strategy for the Sales, Marketing, and R&D departments. Align group objectives with company goals to drive sustainable growth. Lead cross-functional collaboration to create customer-centric innovations and go-to-market plans. 2. Sales & Business Development Set sales targets and monitor performance. Expand new markets, key accounts, and strategic partnerships. Ensure customer relationship excellence and retention. 3. Marketing Oversee branding, market positioning, and digital marketing strategies. Ensure effective market research, competitor analysis, and product positioning. Drive campaigns that increase visibility and sales. 4. R&D and Innovation Guide the R&D team in developing new products/technologies aligned with market demand. Champion innovation and technical leadership in product development. Ensure efficient project management and time-to-market. 5. People Management Lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams across the two departments. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation. Manage performance, recruitment, and succession planning. 6. Reporting & Budgeting Oversee departmental budgets, forecasts, and KPIs. Provide timely reports and recommendations to top management. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field Minimum 10 years of working experience with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Proven track record in Sales, Marketing, and/or R&D leadership in a relevant industry. Experience in chemical/materials/polymer or high-tech manufacturing sector.
