Job Responsibility Assist in recruitment process by posting job vacancies and schedule interviews. Assist in the preparation and maintenance of HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, policies and procedures. Prepare and modify documents including reports, memos and emails. To perform day to day general administrative tasks To perform data entry and analysis. Respond to customers phone calls and online inquiries. Job Requirements Excellent writing and verbal skill in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English. Minimum 2 years working experience in Human Resource and Administrative role. Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel). Knowledge of office management systems, managing schedules and administrative tasks Excellent time management skills and ability to multi task and prioritize work. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively Positive and proactive attitude, willing to learn.
