The Opportunity We are seeking self-motivated Trainee with an entrepreneurial mindset to be part of our growing business in Malaysia. The right candidate is someone who wants to be at the forefront of growing and developing a business while leveraging our vast network of regional relationships. This role will support the Malaysia team in executing search assignments for key clients across the Asia Pacific region. You will be responsible for growing and administering the candidate database, crafting job descriptions and market mapping for talent in the region. You will be trained on end-to-end recruitment processes from conducting interviews, managing candidates and executing key searches using various recruitment tools. We aim to deliver a great experience for both our clients and candidates that lends genuine insight into our culture. Key Responsibilities: This is not a sales-based role and as such you will not have individual sales targets, rather you will be targeted on sourcing speed, accuracy and presentation and will be remunerated in accordance with the success of the desk. Your day-to-day duties will be: To source, qualify, screen and present profiles to the Consulting team. Directly approach non-active candidates and gain buy in to add their profiles to the shortlist Deliver profiles on time according to realistic deadlines Utilize a wide variety of channels to market map and source talent including social networking, advertising & marketing as well as headhunting Database administration and updating. Attend client meeting along with other senior Consultants within the team Conduct industry research to provide the most up-to-date talent market insights Using recruitment tools & platforms to source, screen and connect with the top tier industry experts Coordinate interview between clients and candidates Offer strategic and practical solutions to client problems Keep up with the industry trends, always refreshing industry knowledge Help with other tasks assigned by direct leader Qualifications Bachelor&aposs degree from reputable Malaysia universities Be agile with strong learning agility Strong understanding of different HR modules Proficient in Microsoft Office Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to work in a high-paced environment and capable to manage time wisely Show more Show less
