- Training staff to follow restaurant procedures
- Maintaining safety and food quality standards
- Keeping customers happy and handling complaints
- Supervising daily shift operations
- Coordinating daily front- and back-of-house restaurant operations
- Appraising staff performance
- Interacting with guests to get feedback on product quality and service levels
- Lead the service team, assigning and executing daily tasks.
- Ensure all customer orders are accurate and delivered on time.
- Provide professional recommendations, such as menu suggestions and drink pairings.
- Ensure table setups, utensil arrangements, and the dining environment are clean and tidy.
- Assist the floor supervisor in handling guest needs and special requests.
- Assist the restaurant manager in executing various plans and decisions.
