Job Description: To facilitate and attend to all FIT (Fully independent traveler ) and Groups requests that is being sourced by sales team members To work with suppliers and reservations teams to ensure end to end points of contact of a customers is being fulfilled as quoted. To manage client feedback with overseas B2B partners example: enquiry, quotations, email or call etc., To ensure all tours are fulfilled with satisfactory quality and work with suppliers for service recovery To assist and source itinerary plans and quotes for any requirements issued by HOD. To work closely with product development team in sourcing of products to enrich tours offerings. Providing administrative support like itineraries/ tours research, proposals, quotations etc. Maintain excellent communication with colleagues and suppliers Any ad hoc tasks assigned by HOD Requirements: Candidate must proceeds at Diploma/Higher Education in Tourism Management any related fields At least have 3-5 years above working experience in Travel Tourism industry will be advantage Able to communicate professionally and written in English & Mandarin Good in supervision and leadership skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Working Location: Fraser Business Park, near by public transportation MRT/LRT Fresh Graduate are encourage are welcome to apply.
