In this role, you will be responsible for:· Leading a team of analysts and senior analysts to provide quality HR support to the Business Groups (BG) by attending to and processing customer requests accurately and in a timely manner.· Resolving issues and enquiries and escalating operational issues to the relevant parties for resolution.·Personnel Data Administration (PDA)· Overseeing transactional backend processing and data entry into Workday and/or SAP for employee details.·Time & Attendance (T&A)· Monitoring transactional backend processing of employee leave and overtime data.·Compensation & Benefits (C&B)· Supervising transactional backend processing of employee salaries, allowances, and one-time payments/deductions in Workday and/or SAP.·Payroll Administration· Reviewing and approving monthly payroll reports to ensure accuracy and timely delivery to BG.·Continuous Improvement· Identifying opportunities to improve operational processes.· Collaborating with team members to achieve success in continuous improvement projects.·Knowledge Management· Reviewing and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Standard Work Instructions (SWI) when changes occur.· Ensuring all operational steps are documented.To excel in this role, you should possess:· A degree in the related field.· At least 3 to 5 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role.· Knowledge of Workday and SAP (an advantage).· Willingness to relocate to the job location.When you send us your resume and personal details, it is deemed you have provided your consent for us to keep or store your information in our database.
