Taking off quantities and preparing Bill of Quantities. Preparing Work/Purchase Orders and Variation Orders whenever necessary. To be in charged of site valuation, claims verification and preparing payment recommendations. To oversee overall building materials procurement, including it's wastage. About The Manager/team You will be reporting to the Senior Quantity Surveyor, who comes with many years of experience with the organisation. You will receive good exposure in property. Skills & Experiences Required To be successful in your role, you will come with a tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying and preferable with working experience in handling contracts.
