Requirements :

Minimum possess at least a SPM/O Level
Have 1 year of relevant working experience will be prioritized
Good leadership skill and interpersonal skills when interacting with all levels of crew
Positive working attitude, good in analytical, effective time management and problem-solving skills when making decisions
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) and Google Sheets
Able communicate in Bahasa Melayu, English or Mandarin

Responsibility :

To manage and review overall inventory level
Strategic inventory management to mitigate supply chain constraints
To monitor inventory levels and analyse weekly cycle routine
To develop, lead & execute warehouse logistic
Communicated, coordinated and cooperated with related departments to maximize efficient productivity
Responsible for stock planning and scheduling
Ensured all lines were properly set-up and that materials were in position for prompt start up at the beginning of each shift
Ensured all daily inventory tasks were executed, inventory levels were maintained for fulfillment orders and inventory inquiries were met
Collaborated effectively with warehouse team to better align processes between workforce and the field
Responsible to maintain stock level, placing orders with suppliers and schedule delivery of supplies
Ensure safe Loading and Unloading of materials in warehouse facility using forklift
Plan, prepare and process purchase orders according to order requirements to avoid product shortages
Continuously search for new potential vendors, compare, negotiate, and evaluate offers from suppliers for the best price and terms
Strong negotiation skills and good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating, and liaising with vendors)
