- Monitor and manage the performance and efficiency of the RTR function through regular KPI performance review, and ensure quality delivery
- Overseeing quality assurance and maintain strong internal control through change management process, monitor compliance to accounting standards and company procedures to ensure integrity of financial information
- Ensure regular review and initiate process changes and improvements as necessary to improve performance and efficiency
- Review and design the end-to-end process to improve the existing business model by identifying opportunities and savings
- Establish course of action and a sequence of steps using available resources to ensure goals and objectives are achieved
- Drive and Lead processes and system improvement initiatives with the aim to create synergies of system and operation related processes across different functions and geographical regions
- Effective decision-making processes for various business needs and make sound judgment based on data obtained
- Manage multiple projects and finance initiatives and successful implementation within the set timeframe and budget
- Work closely with the GBS leadership team as well as other stakeholders such as Global Headquarter, Local Management and Line of Businesses in contributing to strategic planning and business strategy
- Main focal for transition of R2R processes into GBS and transformation programs including planning, training, knowledge transfer, Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) documentations preparations and issue resolution
- Active participation in global projects with close collaboration with Project Team, Country Finance, and other End-to-End processes in GBS & HQ
- Minimum qualifications: Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business or CPA/MIA equivalent
- Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience in SSC with proven strong working experience in RTR area
- Have strong working experience in Accounting/Finance in addition to engagement in SSC would be an advantage
- 5 years of direct people management responsibilities (at least managing a team size of 15 and above)
- Exposure to multinational or regional corporate business environments, or similar
- Proficiency in financial/accounting tools (SAP HANA/ COUPA/ SAP FIORI/ Financial Consolidation system/ Business Intelligence SAP Analytics/ Cadency/ Lucernex) and other operation systems (MS/Google Office, Concur, SNOW, Power BI, Power Query, etc).
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written in English and other language i.e. Mandarin
- Able to work professionally and collaboratively with wide range of stakeholders both internal and external
- Strong ability to build, manage and lead a large team with strong and solid knowledge and people management skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate observations effectively, high attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage migration and improvement projects/initiatives (both local and global) with good change management skills
- Experience in process modelling/documentation
