You will take ownership of daily Accounts Receivable transactions and month-end-closing activities and ensure they are recorded in a timely and accurate manner, in accordance with IFRS and local GAAP quality standards or any other relevant regulations and guidelines.

Your area of responsibilities includes:1. Reconciliation of accounts (Customers & GL)2. Payment allocation - both manual and automated3. Performing approved subledger correction postings (e.g. managing/writing-off of differences)4. Handling & processing of selected payment types, (e.g. cheques & bill of exchange)5. Proactively handling the resolution of unallocated / problem amounts6. Perform account reconciliations with external customers (e.g. incoming customer balance confirmations, dunning letters, follow-up)7. Perform documented KPI and general Accounts Receivable reporting tasks8. Where applicable, maintain the existing automated payment allocation tools in use9. Listen actively and continuously focused on stakeholder requests, managing complex and uncertain operational issues, while decisively moving forward in taking ownership of decisions, together with the Accounts Receivable Senior Analyst.10. Actively contributing to our company's strategy for building an environment for people, processes and technology, using innovation as a personal growth driver.11. Become more self-directed, build process ownership and find meaning in your work by taking part in process improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects.12. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field, or relevant working experience in Accounts Receivable Accounting

Preferably first experiences in the field of Accounts Receivable & Finance Operations

Good knowledge of accounting and experience in using SAP

Basic knowledge of IFRS accounting is preferable

Good MS-Office skills (especially in MS-Excel)

Experience in transitions and transformation projects is an advantage

Open-mindedness and willingness to learn, to build your skills and capabilities

You are open and communicative in nature as well as fluent English skills complete your profile
