Conduct structured gathering, research, and analysis to identify gaps between current and future states.
Evaluate procedures, controls, user requirements, and functional specifications.
Translate business requirements into clear and concise documentation such as Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), use cases, and functional specifications for customization.
Document and resolve software defects, ensuring technical compatibility and end-user satisfaction. Propose enhancements to current business processes, reports, and applications to optimize system effectiveness.
Liaise with development teams to clarify customization requirements and ensure alignment with business needs.
Assist in QA efforts as needed, ensuring that deliverables meet quality standards and user expectations.
Guide junior business analysts in project delivery, providing mentorship and support to ensure successful outcomes.

Candidate Profile:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Banking and Finance, IT or relevant fields.
At least 5 years of experience as a business analyst in consulting, banking or financial services.
Proven experience in one or more relevant industries such as Capital Markets, Retail/Commercial Banking, eBanking/Electronic Payments, Risk Management, or Compliance. Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and practices is highly desirable.
Solid understanding of Business Analysis methodologies, tools, and best practices. Experience in conducting stakeholder interviews, gathering requirements, and documenting business processes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and concepts to diverse stakeholders.
