- Managing manage service client help desk tickets & prioritize according to SLA and severity.
- Recognize and escalate complex issues.
- Server setup and configuration - RAID, Windows Server OS, firmware upgrade.
- Hardware and Software Setup configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, printers, and other hardware.
- Laptop/Desktop configuration – Domain Join, Outlook configuration, Software installs.
- Computer software and hardware troubleshooting.
- Diagnose and repair minor network and server issues.
- Employee onboarding (Account creation O365, in-house System, O365, AD, , etc.)
- Employee offboarding (account deactivation, data transfer, email access, equipment gathering).
- Reaching out to vendors for warranty claims.
- Onsite visit manage service client maintenance support weekly or as needed.
- Provide on-site support to handle various issues based on incoming customer incidents/requests.
- Documenting and analyzing technical issues and customer interactions
- 2-3 years of corporate IT Help Desk experience
- Experience providing hardware and software support primarily on Windows laptops/desktop
- Experience working with Windows 7/10, Windows servers 2008-2019
- Experience working with MS Office suite including email clients (Outlook)
- Experience with ticketing systems and helpdesk processes
