If you are looking to excel and make a difference, take a closer look at us Job Responsibilities: Monitor and coach team members which compiles with the regulations, guidelines and policies of the bank. Mainly responsible to execute effective business plans to deliver the desired target sets collectively. Proactively carry out plans to highlight user-friendly and cost-effective sales & services to the customers. Initiate marketing strategies meticulously align to the bank in promoting products and services to expand customers via new & existing channels which includes cross selling with the purpose of generating revenue, mainly on wealth management, for more profitable relationships. Recruit and hire the right people to build a team of competent Personal Bankers to grow the wealth management business in branch distribution. Plan, strategize and recommend to Head of Wealth Advisory Branch Distribution on opportunity for business growth through community marketing/activities. To create an achievable working environment. Collaborate strategically with internal (especially Branch Managers) and external key stakeholders to ensure strategic alliances are built to solicit for new client acquisition, client servicing or marketing opportunities in Wealth Management for Branch Banking Distribution. Work with Specialist teams to enhance wealth competencies of to the wealth front-liners of Branch Distribution Provide direction and guidance to Personal Banker on areas pertaining to branch wealth sales achievement, compliance and service quality. Responsibility to our franchise - put HLB's long term interests ahead of each unit's short-term gains Respect the HLB culture & take an active role in the communities Support the business to achieve goal of providing superior results for our shareholders Job Requirements: A recognized Bachelor Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related fields. Those with FMUTM, PCE-L, PCE-G, CEILI, TBE & IPPC/CFP license will have an added advantage Minimum of 5 years' working experience preferably in selling fee-based products (Unit trust & Bancassurance products) with a good track record. Excellent commercial acumen, interpersonal & managerial skills. Leadership skills - able to lead a large diverse team, and foster strong teamwork within Able to make independent decisions with minimal supervision. Highly motivated and result-driven
