- Open to fresh graduates and entry-level candidates seeking a career in banking sales.
- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
- Exhibit excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks and meet sales targets efficiently.
- Good in both English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential to cater to a diverse customer base.
- Ability to identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the banking sector
- Willingness to learn about banking products and services to provide informed recommendations to customers.
- Roadshow experienced will be advance (up to basic RM2000)
- Skills required: Sales, Communication Skills and Time Management
- Drive sales conversions by actively approaching and engaging customers during roadshows.
- Educate customers on application processes, credit requirements, and benefits.
- Track and record sales leads, completed applications, and potential follow-ups.
- Continuously update knowledge of new promotions, policies, and compliance requirements.
- Report daily sales performance and customer interactions to the team leader.
