- Provide guidance to managers regarding HR policies and optimal practices, covering aspects such as performance evaluation, professional growth, and team efficiency.
- Address performance gaps constructively, considering business requirements, maintaining positive employee relations, and adhering to legal obligations.
- Monitor employee engagement levels to identify areas for enhancement and devise strategies and plans to bolster engagement.
- Collaborate with line managers to foster talent engagement and implement retention initiatives.
- Continuously review and enhance HR policies, processes, and procedures to align with company objectives and regulatory standards across various jurisdictions.
- Attend to office management duties, including overseeing expenditure, managing vendors, and ensuring office safety and cleanliness.
- A minimum of Bachelor's degree in HR or any related field.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.
- At least 3 years of experience in relevant background, handling full-spectrum of HR functions.
- Working experience with China companies is advantageous.
- Well-versed in expat management and labour law.
