- Manage students' enquiriesJOB SPECIFICATIONSMINIMUM ACADEMIC / PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION
- A Bachelor's degree in learning design or equivalent.
- Experience working in instructional content design or producing e-learning content is a plusCOMPETENCIES (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES)
- Strong learning skills and motivation to acquire all required competencies for the production of content
- Possess an interest in the field of instructional design, learning and development
- Initiated to basic principle of project management skills.
- Problem solving oriented and positive attitude.
- Creative and innovative mindset
- Digitally savvy
- Able to communicate well, good writing and speaking skills in English
- Good communication and people management skills
- Take responsibility for the development time and take action to meet deadlines
