Customer Support and Interaction Handle customer questions and concerns on all eCommerce channels, such as Shopee, Lazada, and Shopify. Optimize Sales On Marketplaces Execute promotions, offers, and campaigns to boost sales on Shopee and Lazada. Keep product details up-to-date and monitor customer reviews. Engage with customers to build loyal fans Optimize storefront, product details, and images to improve conversions Market & Customer Analysis Research and understand what customers truly want.
