Overall people manager's responsibilities for the team in Corporate Finance SEA (hub). Movitating the team to have stronger desires of learning, collaboration and contribution via focusing on coaching and appropriate feedback; building a stronger accountable team. Ensuring corporate governance in place in responsible companies. Continuously improving internal control environment to strike a great balance for both external & internal requirements & compliances. Supporting on business growth via proactively working closely with LoB, strong business insight and positive attitude for problem solving. Supporting/leading on regional footprints. Being agile and calm with uncertainties; positive with workloads esp. during the integration periods. Mindset of working smarter for process optimization and automations. To Succeed You Must Hold At least seven years' working experience of finance in a multinational company or Big4 and 3 years as a finance manager. Valid CPA is preferred. Strong sense of responsibility and accountability. Good communication skill. People management and motivation skill. Work independently and proactively; ability to work with stakeholders to create solutions; curious, analytical and strategic mindset; act with pragmatism and integrity.
