We are seeking an experienced and proactive Planning and Procurement Manager to oversee Planning (70%) and Procurement (30%). The successful candidate will be responsible for developing efficient supply chain strategies, optimizing processes, ensuring timely procurement and delivery of goods, and maintaining inventory accuracy - all while driving cost savings and supporting business growth. ** Please indicate your i) current basic salary and remuneration package; ii) expected basic salary, iii) resignation notice in your resumes. Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end supply chain operations: Planning (70%) and Procurement (30%). Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with company goals. Lead and supervise the planning and procurement team to ensure timely sourcing of materials and services at the best value. Oversee production and material planning to meet customer demands while optimizing inventory levels. Monitor supplier performance, negotiate contracts, and build strong vendor relationships. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all areas of the supply chain. Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, Engineering, Finance, HR, Sales, HSE and Customer Service teams. Analyze supply chain data to identify risks, opportunities, and cost-saving initiatives. Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, and corporate policies. Provides staff development. Education, Experience and Certification Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain Management with a strong understanding of Planning and Procurement. Technical certification preferred. Project management experience. Leadership training. 7-10 years of Lean Leadership experience preferred. Additional Information Regarding Position: Must be willing to work at Kulim High Tech Park, Kedah.
