What we're looking for

Minimum education: SPM and above
Language required: English & Bahasa Malaysia
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Skills required:
Communication, Sales, Customer Service, Point of Sale (POS) System, Product Knowledge
Strong customer service and communication skills
Retail or sales experience, preferably in the telecommunications industry (Non-experience candidates are also welcomed to apply)
Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
A positive, energetic, and team-oriented attitude
A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences

ResponsibilitiesWhat you'll be doing

Assisting customers with product inquiries, sales, and account management
Demonstrating and promoting MAXIS and Gentel's products and services to drive sales
Maintaining a well-organised and visually appealing retail space
Processing customer transactions and payments accurately and efficiently
Providing friendly and knowledgeable support to ensure a positive customer experience
Collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets and objectives
Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance
