- Ensure executions ladder back to the strategy; jump in with copy or layout tweaks when resources thin.
- Translate creative vision into channel-specific briefs for media, content, and dev teams.
- 3 to 6 years in creative or brand strategy; prior life as copywriter, art director, or planner.
- Portfolio of campaigns that moved both hearts and metrics.
- Comfortable in Figma/Keynote/PowerPoint and qualitative research tools.
- Gravitas in the room - can defend insights and adapt under fire.
- S$4,000 to S$8,000 per month.
- Fully remote.
