Responsibilities Assemble mechanical or electronic components based on blueprints, technical drawings, or work instructions. Operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment in a safe and efficient manner. Perform quality checks during and after the assembly process to ensure product meets specifications. Identify and report defects, assembly issues, or material shortages to the supervisor promptly. Maintain clean and organized workstations following 5S or other workplace organization standards. Support team members and other departments to meet daily production goals. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety guidelines, and company policies at all times.
