- In charge of project in-coming and out-going correspondence, circulation and dispatch.
- In charge of documentation filing system for proper operational procedure at site office.
- Ensure all document controls comply with ISO procedures.
- In charge of Progress Report preparation and submission and likes.
- Attending meeting and prepare minutes as when required for the project.
- Assist Project Manager/Director in purchasing and procurement of material required for the project.
- Prepare Project Budget/Costing under the instruction and supervision by Project Manager/Director.
- Respective Project Insurance Policy and follow up.
- Follow up on payment certificates from respective Consultant inclusive payment collection for all project.
- Assist respective Project Manager in application for power, water and telephone supply.
- Update the summary list of project documentation submission and approval status in the progress report, Request for Inspection, NCR, etc on weekly basis.
- Must be a CIDB green card holder.
- Minimum two (2) years working experience in document control, in similar position or related working experience.
- Good communication and organizing skills, self-motivated, reliable, good time management and able to work under pressure, efficient, initiative, responsibilities,
- Proficient in Microsoft office applications such as power point / excel / word and etc.
- Proficiency in English and Malay.
- Able to work in Rawang, Selangor
