This role is responsible to identify the leads and call on customers to advise them of available products and services offerings for US market. Hence it's required to work in US shift.

Reach out to customers to inform them about the available products and service offerings.
Follow up with potential customers who have expressed interest in the products and services.
Responsible for managing account and contact information within the CRM system, including tracking all outbound and inbound calls in SAP and documenting specific customer and product details

Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
Fluent in English and you are required to deal with US customers and regional stakeholders
Minimum 1-2 years telemarketing, pre-sales, telesales, business development or relevant experience.
Open to motivated fresh graduates with strong verbal communication skills in English
Added advantage for candidates who have experienced in using SAP system
