About the CompanyOur client is a legal firm based in KL, Klang and Puchong. They are looking for a dedicated conveyancing lawyer to join their team.Job Responsibilities

To attend to all general conveyancing works including sub sale SPA, banking and financial works from initial until completion
Attend signing with clients, review legal documents, prepare status report and all other types of work assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

Possess Law Degree with valid Practicing Certificate
2 to 4 years experience in handling sub sale SPA and loan documentations
Good command of spoken and written English. Ability to speak Mandarin would be an added advantage
Good communication, strong interpersonal, organizational and time management skills
Possess good and positive attitude
Follow up with clients and manage cases effectively and result oriented
Able to work independently and also as a team
Manage time well and able to meet deadline
Possess sense of commitment to job responsibilities
Able to start work immediately or short notice would be an added advantage
