- Diploma in Human Resources Management or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in HR functions.
- Proficiency in HR Management, Recruitment, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, Training & Development, and HR Policies.
- Strong understanding of Malaysian labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in both English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken).
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
- Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies, and addressing employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and leave policies.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with company objectives and legal regulations, and communicating these policies effectively to all employees.
- Coordinate and support performance management processes, including performance appraisals, goal setting, and performance improvement plans, to drive employee development and organizational effectiveness.
- Handle employee relations matters, including addressing employee grievances, conducting investigations, and providing guidance to managers and employees on HR-related issues, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Organize and facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, identifying training needs and sourcing appropriate training resources to support employee growth and development.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and providing timely and accurate HR reports to management as required.
