- Candidate must possess at least a Degree or Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Secretarial, or equivalent.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic digital tools.
- Self-starter, self-disciplined, independent, with a positive work attitude.
- Must possess good communication and interpersonal skills, and able to work in a team.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Able to protect the company's information and interests at all times.
- Capable of multitasking and working well under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin.
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Executives specializing in Operations or equivalent.

- Oversee and direct daily company administrative processes and procedures.
- Analyse and maintain operational data to support decision-making.
- Communicate with management teams to ensure smooth execution of company processes.
- Monitor and manage product inventory.
- Provide sales operation support to the sales team.
- Coordinate with the sales team on quotations, deliveries, shipments, and customer enquiries via email.
- Prepare and coordinate necessary reports and records required for operations, sales, and HR.
- Maintain accurate records of document flow, ensuring proper filing and archiving.
- Prepare office memos, letters of appointment, and manage onboarding for new employees as well as offboarding for resigning employees.
- Responsible for staff leave entitlements: verify, update leave balances, and monitor staff attendance.
- Liaise with governmental departments to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure data accuracy in Workday and other systems.
- Assist in updating and maintaining proper records, including employee personal files, training records, medical insurance, and overtime claims.
- Assist in preparing monthly and yearly reports related to Administration, Sales, and HR (e.g., headcount, attendance, training reports).
