• Diploma or Degree in Marketing or Relevant Field: A diploma or degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is advantageous.
• Experience: A minimum of 2-3 of experience in social media management, content editing, talent management, and marketing collaboration, preferably in the F&B or related sector.
• Editing Expertise: Proficiency in editing written and visual content for grammar, style, and brand alignment.
• Talent Management: Demonstrated experience in influencer sourcing, partnership management, and performance reporting.
• Platform Proficiency: In-depth understanding of various social media platforms and their algorithms, evidenced by successful campaign management.
• Creativity: Strong creative skills for both content creation and editing, with the ability to craft engaging narratives.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adapting messages for diverse audiences.
• Analytics: Proficiency in using social media analytics tools to derive insights and optimize strategies based on data.
