Randstad is proud to announce our collaboration with a leading MNC, looking for a Corporate Accountant, who will report to the Corporate Acc Manager in the Malaysia office to support the group accounting activities.

- Ensure the completion of monthly consolidated financial statements in alignment with US GAAP standards, overseeing the closing progress of entities and generating group elimination entries.
- Develop monthly group variance analysis and facilitate the presentation of financial statements to senior management.
- Conduct reviews of monthly and quarterly reporting decks for local entities.
- Act as the primary liaison for GL teams regarding accounting technical inquiries.
- Champion the standardization of accounting treatment across the Group.
- Participate in activities related to the migration of accounting systems.
- Address internal and external audit inquiries related to compliance audits.
- Manage the administration of the balance sheet reconciliation tool (Blackline).
- Oversee global foreign exchange (Forex) maintenance.
- Provide assistance for various ad-hoc consolidation and reporting tasks.
- Experience in group consolidation
- Professional qualification (ACCA or equivalent) is an added advantage
- Auditing experience with Big4 companies is highly preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency in ERP System (Blackline/Oracle)
- Strong knowledge of IFRS accounting standards
