About The Company My client is an established and key player in the manufacturing/FMCG industry based in Pahang and is seeking a new HR Manager to join their team. Offers go up to RM20,000! About The Team You will report to the Managing Director and work with a group of 5 HR professionals. About The Role You will, most notably: Head the execution of the HR strategy and core areas of the HR department including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, employee engagement, payroll, reward, and recognition, as well as the management of the HR budget Handle all union matters, including participating in meetings/talks, as well as organising collective bargaining for the employees and the organisation Design compensation packages that align with the company's strategic plan Lead and develop a team of HR professionals to support the business You also will operate within Pahang and be expected to work from office on a daily basis. Skills And Experience You will come with at least 10 - 15 years of experience in as a HR generalist, with strong exposure to the full spectrum of HR functions.
