We work with clients throughout the Asia Pacific. What will I be doing We are looking for a Digital Content Executive (1 position) and a Digital Content Manager (1 position) to join our team. The Digital Content Executive / Manager is responsible for managing digital content creation utilizing Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) across websites and other channels to drive effective digital communications. You'll be part of our Client's website scrum team that brings to life digital content and experiences, ensuring quality, consistency, compliance, and efficiency at every step of the delivery process. This role also provides an exciting opportunity to learn how content plays a critical role across broader digital marketing channels and brings awareness to our marketing portfolio. Executive Responsibilities include: Creates and manages content in the AEM Sites/DAM platform, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy. Assists in operations for the CMS/DAM, ensuring proper taxonomy, tagging, and linking of assets. Works closely with product, creative, and development teams to ensure content is aligned with overall strategies and objectives. Updates content in accordance with search engine optimization requirements. Adheres to content governance policies and guidelines by ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and brand and style standards. Manages multiple projects simultaneously, adjust priorities, and meets deadlines while maintaining the highest level of attention to detail. Stays informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. Assists in training of colleagues to apply leading-edge digital content techniques and processes. Manager Responsibilities include, on top of the above: Lead and manage a team of digital content executives and specialists. Own and drive the content population workflow and production calendar for AEM-managed sites. Serve as the AEM platform expert for content authoring, component usage, and publishing workflows. Ensure content is populated accurately, on-brand, and compliant with SEO, legal, and accessibility standards. Define and optimize processes for content entry, version control, and QA. Collaborate with stakeholders to plan and execute content launches and updates. Train new team members and contribute to documentation of AEM content entry SOPs. Partner with development and product teams to troubleshoot CMS issues and test enhancements. Skills and Knowledge Required 1-2 years of experience working with AEM or another enterprise CMS in Content Authoring (AEM experience strongly preferred) for the Executive Position / 3-4 years' experience for the Manager position, including experience managing a small team or content operations function & in-depth understanding of AEM authoring tools, templates, components, and workflows & familiarity with web accessibility (WCAG), SEO, and content + Basic HTML/CSS understanding a plus.governance best practices.
