Job Responsibility Responsibility Managing cases and enquiries by Dealer, Premier Dealer, Sales, and Exceptional handling request and answering calls. Plan, manage, coordinate, and execute all dealers request cases via Trouble Ticket or Email, Ensuring all cases are worked on and executed within the service level agreed. Flexibility on shift changes & willing to work on weekends & Public Holidays Manage Planned and Unplanned Leave and Punctuality Provide support and guidance to internal customers and Dealers. Ensuring fully equipped with product knowledge, system knowledge, process, and policies. Support Human Resources on staff registration or cancelation of lines, outside KV. Focus and achieve high productivity. Support Test Sim registration. E Recharge reset password. Assistance with Sales PIC on any enquiries via e mail / WhatsApp. Location : Level 10, U Mobile HQ, Berjaya Times Square, Jalan Imbi Kuala Lumpur Job Requirements Can start immediately. Education: SPM & Diploma Holder Preferably with call handling experience. Language spoken: Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia & English, additional language is an advantage. Other Skills: Basic computer knowledge & typing., Telephone Etiquette., Problem-Solving Skills Job Benifits Benefits RM2150 per month (Fixed) KPI (Up to RM300) Allowances (Performance, Shift, Overtime, Bonus, EPF/ SOCSO, EIS etc ) Operation Hours Monday - Sunday (incl. Public Holiday) 10am - 7pm or 1pm-10pm Rotational Shift (5 days work,2 days off))
