Visual Storytelling: Craft compelling narratives that evoke emotion and excitement, effectively communicating the lifestyle and potential that each property offers to prospective buyers. Editing Excellence: Utilize your editing expertise to curate footage, add transitions, and enhance visuals, ensuring that each video reflects our brand identity and resonates with our target audience. Drone Footage Integration: Incorporate stunning aerial footage captured by our drone team to provide unique perspectives and showcase the surrounding neighborhood and amenities. Client Collaboration: Work closely with our clients to understand their vision and preferences, incorporating their feedback to ensure that the final product exceeds expectations. Market Trends Awareness: Stay informed about the latest trends and techniques in real estate marketing and video production, continuously seeking ways to innovate and differentiate our offerings. Job Requirements Able to speak and understand English and Mandarin Possess minimum Diploma or above Proven experience as a Video Editor, with a portfolio showcasing your proficiency in real estate or property-related projects. Proficiency in video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools. Strong understanding of real estate marketing principles and the ability to translate property features into compelling visual narratives. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with real estate agents, clients, and stakeholders. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work within tight deadlines.
