You will provide technical leadership, optimize front-end performance, ensure accessibility and standards compliance, collaborate closely with designers and backend developers, and contribute to the overall success of front-end development projects.Responsibilities and DutiesProvide technical leadership and guidance to the frontend development team.Mentor and assist junior developers, review their code, and ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and design patterns.Take responsibility for designing and implementing complex and highly interactive user interfaces.Focus on optimizing frontend performance to deliver fast and responsive user interfaces.Ensure that the frontend codebase adheres to accessibility standards, making the application usable and inclusive for users with disabilities.Ensure that the frontend code works seamlessly across different web browsers, devices, and screen sizes.Perform testing, address compatibility issues, and implement responsive design techniques to provide consistent experiences across various platforms.Any other duties assigned by the superior.RequirementPossesses a bachelors degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Web Development, or a related field.Have a minimum 4 years of professional experience in frontend development or related roles.Extensive proficiency in frontend web development languages, such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, is a must.Possess advanced knowledge of web development technologies and standards.Possess strong grasp of user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) principles.Possess excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
