Objectives of this role Monitoring and troubleshooting Server and internal network. Install computer systems on time in-order to meet requirement. Setup and maintain Office peripheral equipment Assist on training and onboarding processes. Ensuring network security policy and firewalls are regularly updated. Required skills and qualifications At least three year working experience Attention to detail and excellent diagnostic skills. Wireless network management experience Microsoft Active Directory/Exchange setup Experience in Help desk Preferred skills and qualifications Network security awareness Firewall management, preferred in PaloAlto Switch/router management M365, Azure cloud Experience using Aruba Solid troubleshooting experience Ability to train staff junior staff.
