Its integrated poultry business includes the breeding and sale of day-old chicks, broiler and breeder farming, processing and sale of poultry products and feeds milling. With over 50 years of experience and workforce of over 2600 in Malaysia and Vietnam, as part of our expansion plans we are seeking the right talents to be part of our winning team.Job DescriptionTo ensure stores activities are operated smoothly and according to the Standard Operating Procedures.

Manage to handling product quality, stores cleanliness and quality staffs and hygiene.
Check bank-in reports of stores to ensure daily sales takings are banked in on time.
Monitor and ensure smooth daily operation at the stores assigned.
Verification of stores requisitions which includes stock take report, petty cash, claim, payroll, hiring of part time.
Ensure Store Opening, Closing and sales transactions are in line with the SOP.
Conduct ROR (Review of Operations Risks) on food safety, SOPs, product quality and health risks to ensure compliance to required standards.

To train, guide & coach service staff on performance & discipline and plan work shift for store staff.Responsible in renewing stores license with local council.Ensure overall retail outlets operations are managed effectively to achieve sales targets, maximize profitability and productivity, increase customer satisfaction, and ensure continuous business growth. It also including the monitoring and execution of marketing program.Manage customer complaints promptly and take effective action to prevent a recurrence of such complaints.Monitor and control the operational expenses and budgets.Able to plan sales promotion & marketing initiative.Ensures identification of obsolete/slow moving stock and obtain management approval on markdowns and product discounts to ensure stock is liquidated as per retail /brand/category guidelines.To ensure all orders issued are delivered on time and ensure the highest delivery ratio.To conduct competitor surveys on the product's features, prices, and the activities that are taking place in other surrounding outlets.Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Management.Qualifications

Minimum of a Certificate, Diploma of any discipline.

Knowledge about basic computer skills.Able to traveling for several stores.Ability to solve customer's complaints and identifying solutions to facilitate employee performance.Additional InformationMFM is honored to receive the following awards:
