About The Role Provide guidance based on best practices/ industry trends to resolve incidents/ implement changes Provide in-depth functional advice and attend to diagnosis/ investigation/ troubleshooting of complex incidents and change requests Possess in-depth functional knowledge from business viewpoint and technical knowledge from system viewpoint Provide coaching to functional team members to upskill functional capabilities Ensure solutions are consistent with regional template and ensure regional solution architecture team is aligned Roles and Responsibilities: Managing and handling Project deliverables and meet the agreed timelines. Managing production incidents request and meet the agreed service level agreement. Managing production change request and deliver as per agreed timeline. Have experience in preparing documentation e.g., functional specification, unit test script, user acceptance test script etc. Support end users in system usage and assist in raising overall SAP proficiency in the end user base and act as an SAP ambassador. Support regional roll-out projects with SAP focus across the region. Ensure successful system and process integration Delivery of system and business process training for PCR's Upgrade of business process and training documentation Solution Manager usage for COE processes Job Requirements: University / College graduate in IT or other relevant discipline Relevant SAP certifications 8-10 years of relevant experience in regional solution/system support with SAP focus across the ASPAC region Experience in managing at least 3 or more consultants in Projects or Support Environment. Strong knowledge in accounting systems (SAP) Experience in Treasury and Risk Management, Cash Management, Bank Communication Management module in the areas of Transaction manager, MRA Have experience in implementing various Product types for money market, securities, derivatives, forex Able to implement FAM, CM, BCM module for new company code FAM/Treasury background and knowledge to manage communication with large investment operation user base SLA familiarity and performance driven work culture Good communication & presentation skills Good problem solving and analytical skills Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live healthier, longer, better lives.
