Salary Range RM 3,500 - RM 4,500 (depending on experience) Operations Person in charge in day-to-day operational system activities. Contact point for communication between clientele to address any operational challenges to the Management. Oversee and coordinate all aspects of port operations. Participate in port operational meeting to update port management / port authorities regarding major incident (if any) and status for any project rollout. Act as a critical incident manager to liaise with the clients during any major downtime. Project Management Manage project rollout. Act as a site project coordinator for any project rollout and to update back to the management team in HQ for the progress. Project Planning & Implementation - Develop comprehensive project plans for IT initiatives, considering logistics requirements, timelines, and budgets. Timeline Management - Monitor and control project timelines to meet projects and business objectives. Documentation - Maintain detailed and proper project documentation and reports for every project rollout. Stakeholder Communication: Communicate project progress, issues, and outcomes to stakeholders, including management teams and IT teams. Technology Infrastructure: Oversee the maintenance and optimization of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems. Ensuring seamless integration Collaboration: Work closely with logistics team, vendors, supply chain, and IT teams to align technology solutions with operational goals. Client Management: Manage relationships with clients, vendors and service providers, ensuring service levels are met. Requirements Experienced in IT project management within the airport / seaport logistics. Strong understanding of port logistics processes and technology integration. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Must be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Preferably can start immediately. Work travel depending on necessity.
